Today is Pajama Day
Happy to report after a 24 hour travel day, we made it home. We almost missed our flight to Chicago because Aer Lingus Airline gave us poor directions regarding boarding passes. When we followed those directions, which included leaving the Dublin Airport, every airport staff member, including an Irish border agent, we approached treated us like, why did you do that? Why are you here and not there? Well, it seemed questionable to us too, but this is what you all told us to do. After a nice run through the airport, we defied all predictions of the travel assistant desk and made it to our gate, with enough time that the guy running the boarding line told us to go have a Guinness. Lol. (Hubs tried but the bar had already closed.) So after our overseas flight and then one more connection we arrived with a sigh of relief to our vehicle in long-term parking to discover that the battery in the key fob was dead and we couldn’t get into the car. ...
